HONEY GLAZED BRUSSEL SPROUTS
This recipe can use fresh or frozen Brussel sprouts so anything that you have to work with!
Brussel sprouts are a great addition to any meal! They add a ton of nutrients that increase iron absorption, promote blood clotting, contain antioxidants and rich in vitamins and minerals!
What I love about them is you can change the flavor and texture by preparing them different ways- making them versatile in meal planning!
Ingredients
- Brussel Sprouts 
- Sesame Oil 
- Balsamic Vinegar 
- Salt 
- Fresh Black Pepper 
- Honey 
- Toasted Sesame Seeds 
- Preheat your oven to 
- Prepare your sprouts by washing them, removing any debris, and cutting them in half. 
- In a bowl combine your sprouts, sesame oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, honey, and any other seasonings of your choosing. 
- Spread sprouts evenly on lined cookie sheet. 
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds 
- Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes 
- (Optional) For crispy edges- broil on high for approx 2 minutes but watch closely.
